Burden The Bear was born from a deeply personal journey. Our founder, Eric Wyatt, created the brand in memory of his mother, who felt like a burden while battling lung cancer. No one should ever feel that way, especially during life’s toughest moments. That’s why Burden The Bear exists—to bring comfort, support, and a sense of connection to those facing challenges, whether it’s illness, loss, or emotional struggles.
Every bear we create carries a message of hope, resilience, and community. We believe that a simple plush bear can make a world of difference, offering a hug when words fall short.
